The "observer" of Think Company, Katie's ability to both communicate clearly and listen attentively makes her not only an excellent team member but a top-notch consultant. Her background in improving operational processes within arts administration nonprofits led her to user experience design. Katie enjoys breaking down barriers for those struggling with technology solutions by truly listening to the community's needs and iterating and designing based on those needs. In her free time, she loves sewing, makes a lot of her own clothing, and enjoys gardening and spending time with her two cats!
