Chris Fecteau

Experience Designer

The “altruist” of Think Company, Chris’ motivation to design better products is fueled by his desire to help people—”design for impact.” He started in IT at a helpdesk, and from there, he carried his customer service mindset into his design career. His previous projects say it all—he worked to improve user experience and efficiency for an organization that helped victims and survivors of abuse. His time working with the City of Boston, creating a new template for location-based datasets, helped residents get official information about critical City of Boston services. Another passion project helped increase small business foot traffic and expand resident’s access to cash—particularly in unbanked communities. In his free time, you’ll find Chris coaching a college cheerleading team, golfing, riding his 2012 Triumph Bonneville, playing pool, and collecting vinyl.
