The “framer” of Think Company, Rachel started her career in architecture—where she learned how to think differently, create and replicate a process, and accept/grow through critique. Empathetic, honest, and direct, her ability to forge trusting relationships provides a strong foundation for good work. A relatively new mom who takes great delight in revisiting simple, basic pleasures with her little guy, she’s also a runner, loves cooking, and is married to a comedian—so she loves to laugh!
