The “meliorator” of Think Company, Hailey’s ability to connect with others makes her an excellent addition to our Human Resources team. Her experience in retail and customer service has allowed her to work in a variety of settings, managing many different communication styles and de-escalating tough situations. She’s always there to lend an ear and problem solve. Her love for everything science—space, weather, biology—highlights her data drive, analytical side. In her free time, you’ll find her making digital art, playing video games, and staring at the stars!
