The “private eye” of Think Company, Andrew’s ability to dissect and decipher the working parts (and non-working parts) of a challenge at hand makes him an excellent sleuth and consultant to any project or team. Much like a detective, he finds joy in investigating the pitfalls and ideating solutions. Driven by his desire to make processes and products easier to use and ultimately better for its users, his broad experience in UX allows him to employ strategic research, design, and product management tactics. In his free time, you’ll find Andrew traveling with his wife (as much as humanly possible) and on the ice in his “zen” place—playing hockey.
