Redesign a national retailer’s online shopping experience to elegantly facilitate an exceptional level of product configuration and customization

  • Redesigned the product presentation, purchase workflow, and extensive configuration workflow with many layers of customization possible on most items (color, finish, material, sizing, cut, etc.)
  • Full visual redesign as well as taxonomy, tiered navigation and exploration of product families, elegant hand-offs to related products, and constructing large and complex orders
