Energized for the Future: Stepping Up as Think Company’s CEO

The past several months have been a unique period of reflection and engagement for me here at Think Company. As many of you know, I co-founded Think Company back in 2007 alongside Carl White. Late last year, following the departure of our friend and CEO Russ Starke, I stepped in as CEO on an interim basis to support our leadership team and ensure continuity while we planned a thoughtful search for a permanent successor.
Digging in with our leadership team over the past several months has been energizing. There’s positive momentum and a real sense of enthusiasm about Think’s future. We’ve started some important work together: Re-envisioning where Think is headed, finding ways to strengthen our hybrid-remote culture, equipping our sales and marketing team to help us grow, and establishing Think as an industry leader in effective AI use and implementation.
Through this experience I’ve realized something important: The strong alignment and positive energy we have among our leaders is crucial, especially as we navigate the challenges of today’s dynamic market. Seeing the strength of our leadership team up-close and experiencing the progress we’re making together has made it clear that the best path forward for Think Company right now is for me to continue leading this team.
So, I’m excited to share that I’ve decided to step out of the “interim” role and will be staying on as CEO of Think Company.
As a co-founder, I’m deeply invested in our company’s success and I’m excited to bring new energy to the CEO role while providing stability and continuity as the next era of Think comes into view.
I’m really proud of Think Company and I believe in Think’s potential to continue to grow and improve and more fully realize the ideals described in our core values. Think is a truly amazing group of people who, as my colleague Whit said in a recent LinkedIn post, make Think an “excellence-and-kindness-driven place. Caring about people is exactly what drives good user experiences and I love it!” I love it too, Whit.
Forward, together.
