About this Roundtable

In this 90 minute virtual roundtable, you’ll join a conversation with a closed group of industry professionals facing similar challenges to discuss the best ways to engage HCPs and improve your team’s efficiency through your digital tools. A team of Think Company experts will be there to share best practices on content modeling strategy, design, and development for medical information portals—all backed by research—and we’ll also answer your burning questions! 

 


This is a private virtual event with fellow industry professionals and a team of Thinkers. The format will be conversational and we’ll aim to discuss information, challenges, and solutions to help you strengthen your engagement with HCPs and your internal teams. Please submit your questions or topics of interest at registration so we can be sure to provide you with a valuable conversation.

About our Experts

Phil Charron

Senior Vice President

Phil is Think Company’s Executive Vice President, overseeing organizational strategy, design processes, knowledge management, and consulting on new business opportunities. He was hired as Think Company’s second employee in 2008. Phil has been consulting, teaching, and writing about innovation, design, and technology since 1992. He has led consultative design teams across many industries including Life Science, Finance, Consulting, Retail, Healthcare, and Big Data.

Colleen T. Reese

Principal Content Strategist

Colleen is a Senior Content Strategist at Think Company, currently working full time on the Merck team. She has more than 12 years of experience developing dynamic content strategies at every scale, from small consumer sites to enterprise-level applications. Prior to Think company, Colleen specialized in content strategy for food and hospitality brands, as well as higher education and software. In her spare time, Colleen is a musician and gamer. She enjoys reading and is writing her own space-themed RPG game.

Keith Rich

Principal Experience Designer

Keith is a Principal Experience Designer at Think Company, with a passion for designing research-driven prototypes to help craft optimal experiences for clients and their users. He has worked with teams in various industries such as pharmaceutical, financial, beverage distribution, and telecommunications. He thrives in the space between product design and engineering, where he collaborates with his peers across disciplines to build valuable and beneficial experiences for people who need them.

John Young

Director, Technology

John has been writing code and leading teams of developers since 1999.  Since joining Think Company in 2017, John has led projects for Comcast, Merck, and other pharmaceutical, media, and financial-services industry clients.  John firmly believes that the best predictor of success on a project is how well the team communicates – and whether they have the right tools and information to do their jobs.  The thing John is most passionate about is knitting high-performing developers into capable, competent, cheerful teams that deliver amazing results.

Casey Hewens

Principal Experience Designer

Casey is a Principal Experience Designer at Think Company. Over her career, she’s worked with companies from startups to Fortune 100 companies from varied industries such as financial services, education, healthcare, insurance, and eCommerce. Casey has a passion for understanding people and seeking a positive impact on people’s everyday lives. It is with her arsenal of skills in user testing, research, information architecture, wireframing, visual design, design systems, and content strategy, she enjoys taking on complex problems.
