Board Management Portal Redesign for Responsive Web & Native Tablet App

The Challenge

  • Consistent feedback that the product was complicated to use, information was not well organized, processes were not well defined and users were confused at the order and steps required to complete tasks
  • The existing native tablet app had very little in common with the web-based application in terms of both look/feel and workflows, and was causing confusion and frustration for users

The Goal

Enhance the existing product with new features to enable boards to govern their organizations using a highly collaborative and secure platform that provides consistent interaction across desktop and mobile devices

Our Approach

  • Redesigned user workflows, interface components, and established a consistent and scalable visual language for the web-based and tablet instances of the product
  • Optimized to elegantly support many asynchronous users working on shared tasks, alignment with governance guidelines, import and export of documentation, and unique use cases across various devices
