Think Company is a 2024 Philadelphia Inquirer Top Workplace

Think Company is excited to announce that it has been awarded the Philadelphia Inquirer’s Top Workplace honor. Organized by employee survey firm Energage, the Philadelphia Inquirer has chosen its select companies as the best places to work in the Delaware Valley. 

We’re honored to be included in our hometown newspaper’s marquee list of best workplaces. It’s not an easy win to achieve. To quote The Philadelphia Inquirer, “It’s not a popularity contest, and not everyone gets a blue ribbon,” as the selection is a stringent process based on a host of employee quantitative data. 

To be considered for The Philadelphia Inquirer Top Workplaces 2024 list, Think Company’s employees answered a survey covering 24 factors that designate a great workplace. These factors include ranking companies based on national benchmarks for pay, benefits, leadership, company direction, meaningfulness, and appreciation, to name a few. According to Energage, it has created these benchmarks based on employee feedback from approximately 30 million employees.

• 100% of respondents agree with Think Company’s approach to work-life flexibility (our company is in the top fourth percentile nationally). 
• 97% of Thinkers surveyed feel that Think Company is an innovative workplace. 
• 95% believe that Think Company has a strong set of core values.
• 92% of Think Company employees feel appreciated and would recommend the company as a great place to work. 
• 92% feel motivated to do their best work at the company.
