Overview

Think partnered with ADP to help put its workforce data in front of the people who needed it. ADP pays one in six workers in the United States, and the insights buried in that data were rich enough to change how executives and managers made decisions, if they could reach them. But most of the people who needed that data never logged into the system where it lived. ADP brought Think in to help close that gap, working alongside ADP’s own DataCloud and mobile teams to bring the experience to life.

Results

  • Problem

ADP’s richest workforce insights lived inside a reporting tool that took specialist queries to unlock, and most managers and executives never logged in.

    Solution

Executives and managers now see these insights the moment they open the ADP app, no specialist query needed.

  • Problem

Traditional dashboards demanded scrolling and zooming to find the one insight that mattered on a given day.

    Solution

Practitioners now see the metrics that matter most surfaced automatically, without digging through screens to find them.

  • Problem

Neither iOS nor Android had native tools built to visualize workforce data at the depth ADP’s customers needed.

    Solution

ADP’s mobile team gained a shared library of chart components flexible enough to keep every screen visually consistent across the platform.

  • Problem

ADP’s mobile and DataCloud teams didn’t have enough people to build the insights experience alone.

    Solution

Think embedded with ADP’s team and shipped the experience without slowing their existing release schedule.
