Technical Support Specialist II
The "techie" of Think Company, Jess has been tricking out computers since the DOS days (mostly to get them running DOOM or other games, other times to turn them into DIY recording studios). She’s had extensive experience in customer service, now using those skills and along with her industrious tech chops to provide support for Think Company across all of our locations. A Philly native, Jess will happily debate you on where the best cheesesteak is in the city!
