The Challenge

  • High net worth donors (a critical part of the yearly targets) were feeling disconnected from the organization and attempts to engage those individuals using traditional means were ineffective
  • Evidence showed that failure to maintain and grow these relationships could lead to these individuals engaging (and donating) elsewhere

The Goal

Advance the mission of an environmental conservation organization by articulating the vision of a more ideal future—specifically around member/donor engagement, giving, and direct outcomes of this behavior

Our Approach

  • Performed several stakeholder workshops to solidify strategy and goals, construct the vision of a more ideal future, and generate ideas for driving donations and ongoing sponsorship. Included the creation of a high-value artifact for top-tier major donors
