The Challenge

  • Moving off of a legacy technology platform to a more efficient and cost effective cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) offering
  • In addition to the improved delivery mechanism, the company wanted to invest in design to provide an improved, intuitive and engaging way for users to navigate and access key data and information as they provide support to clients
  • Company wanted a proof-of-concept to generate interest and excitement from both current customers and sales prospects

The Goal

Transform an outdated product configuration platform to feature human-centered designs for intuitive, contextually relevant interactions. Support many different user types across the enterprise—dramatically reducing time required and increasing productivity

Our Approach

  • Create a more visually oriented design for a highly transactional system, including extensive account management, product configuration, and new customer acquisition functionality
  • Designed and tested a proof-of-concept to create a business case and sell the concept internally; upon successful reception of this effort it has moved into a complete design effort for the new system
